TRAINING IN LATIN AMERICA CAPTURED PROGRAM

In Bolivia and Latin America training policies have been developed to change processes of transformation of education.

The training for the university and the program AGRUCO CAPTURED Latin America is understood as the updating of knowledge and acquiring new skills and qualifications, but also pursues spiritual development that is absorbing knowledge and learning needs and seeks sustainable endogenous development "to live well."

The intercultural training is social learning, where modern Western science from various scientific disciplines may be involved according to previously defined regional contexts.

This involves opening in university education the focus of the transdisiciplinarity which means the development of capabilities that go beyond disciplinary training (without neglecting it), engaging in dialogue and complementarity between disciplines under a common denominator: the endogenous sustainable development. If we assume that local knowledge, is also a scientific knowledge, transdisciplinarity also extends to seek training in the context of science of the indigenous native farmers.

While formally and an administrative technical reason takes the name of "training", in practice, the separation between training - research - action, interrelated in the "social learning." Looking to develop the following capabilities:

    • Cognitive skills, in the field of biodiversity, land management, agroecology, municipal management and sustainable endogenous development.

    • Procedural capabilities, methodologies, methods and techniques in participatory action research, participatory research revalued and sustainable endogenous development.

    • Capacities attitudinal, that involves creating, recreating and innovating knowledge and technology to the processes of self-determination of nationalities and indigenous peoples, indigenous and peasant.
